The project
Visit the major cities and sites of the West Bank on this customisable guided tour. We'll work with you to design an itinerary that matches your specific interests, goals and academic focus, while maintaining a balance of educational, cultural, and geopolitical exposure.
The itinerary will include:
Meetings with key Palestinian actors, including politicians, civil society leaders, trade unionists, feminists, scholars, human rights defenders, local authorities, and youth activists.
Guided tours across major Palestinian cities, such as Hebron, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Ramallah, Nablus, Jenin, and—upon request—cities inside the 1948 areas.
Visits to local craft and manufacturing sites, including the only Kufyah factory in Palestine.
Programs typically run for 7–12 days, blending learning, field visits, community interaction, and meaningful dialogue.

Project host
This study trip is hosted by the International Palestinian Youth League (IPYL). IPYL is a secular, youth-led organisation that aims to promote a deeper understanding of the Palestinian struggle and to encourage direct action in areas that participants are passionate about.
By experiencing Palestine’s rich history and culture first-hand, they hope to inspire new generations from diverse backgrounds to engage in grassroots work.
IPYL is a full member of the Coordinating Committee for International Voluntary Service and a partner of the Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organisations.
