Pricing

Concordia is a UK charity and so we charge non-profit fees, to cover the costs of the service and the programme, with no hidden charges.

What You Pay

Registration Fee: £250
This one-time fee covers your placement, support, and access to our global network of volunteering opportunities.

Project Fee: Varies by Project
Each project has its own fee, covering essentials like accommodation, meals, and on-site training. You’ll find the exact cost listed on each project’s page.

What's included in the cost?

Each project is organised locally, please check project details when applying.​

We include all of this on standard projects:​

  • Accommodation

  • Three meals a day

  • Travel from your accommodation to the volunteer project is covered

  • 24/7 support from our local team while you're abroad

  • Emergency help from our international response team if needed

  • Cultural excursions (dependant on the project)

  • On-site training when needed

  • All equipment and materials provided for your project

  • Social events and activities with other volunteers

  • Visa advice and guidance to help with the process

  • Fundraising support from our volunteering team

Not included in the cost:

  • Flights

  • Visas

  • Insurance

  • Pocket Money

Why not fundraise to support the cost of your trip?

Have you thought of fundraising to cover the cost? You may wish to pay for the trip yourself, or you could do what several people do and fundraise to cover the cost of your trip.
