What we do
Our programmes support individuals with opportunities to work or volunteer in the UK and abroad.
We organise projects and placements that offer opportunities for people to gain new skills, earn money, experience life in a different country, meet people from different backgrounds and cultures and have an impact on local communities and UK farming and agriculture.
Volunteering
We provide volunteering opportunities in the UK and abroad to enable individuals and groups to develop life-long skills, build confidence, make new friendships and have an impact in local communities.
We support young people as a local delivery partner for the National Citizen Scheme to help them develop new skills and confidence.​
Seasonal workers
​​We are a trusted Government partner for the Seasonal Workers Programme. We work with farmers and growers to place international workers on UK farms as part of the large temporary workforce that is essential every year to harvest the crops.
We are proud of the role we play in supporting UK farming as well as offering those who participate the opportunity to earn money that gives them more choices once they are back home.
Our mission: We provide tailored placements to address divides and increase cross-cultural understanding.
