The Seasonal Workers Programme serves as a life-changing opportunity for participants. The UK farming industry greatly relies on additional labour during critical periods to ensure the seamless supply of food and crops to local markets. Recruiting a large temporary workforce poses significant challenges, and as a trusted partner authorised by the government to arrange Seasonal Worker Visas, we have cultivated long-standing relationships with UK farms and international partner agencies. As a charitable organisation, we prioritise providing essential support to farms and ensuring that workers receive fair pay and high-quality accommodation, enabling them to have a positive UK experience before returning home. In addition to the Seasonal Workers Programme, we also facilitate international volunteering for young people in the UK, believing that fostering understanding across diverse cultures and backgrounds is pivotal in promoting global peace and harmony.
