Concordia Youth Action (CYA)
Are you a young person living in Sussex who wants to make a positive change?
The Concordia Youth Action (CYA) initiative can help you do just that. Have fun whilst developing skills by participating in a programme of interesting activities.
Concordia is a charity that supports people to thrive. We offer youth programmes and UK and International Volunteering opportunities. The programmes are accessible and open to young people aged 16-to-17 or up to the age of 25 with Education Health Care Plan (EHCP).
The Concordia Youth Action programme supports young people in Sussex to engage with the local community. Underpinning all our sessions is the drive to develop young people’s skills and give them experiences that help them thrive. We align all our activities with the Skills Builder Framework, to help prepare for the next steps both inside and outside of traditional education.

About the Programme
The free Concordia Youth Action (CYA) Programme combines fun activities with skills sessions and social action, resulting in a recognised award. Activity sessions are aligned with the Skills Builder Framework, developing independence and life skills to support young people with education, employment and positive steps towards a brighter future.
We offer a variety of free youth programmes that:

Who can take part?

CYA is for 16-17* year olds living in Brighton & Hove and Sussex
-
You can take part as an individual or with friends
* If you have an EHCP, you can take part up to age 25
