Since 2013, we've proudly stood as the official delivery partner of the National Citizen Service Programme (NCS) in Sussex. As Concordia, a dedicated charity committed to empowering young minds, we've been empowering thousands of young people to thrive and grow with unparalleled experiences for 16-17-year-olds. For Young People
This is open to 16-17 year olds, or 16-25 year olds if they are on an EHC plan and/or qualified as SEND. You will be able to embark on a journey of self-discovery, enhance your work-readiness, and make a positive impact in your community! By joining the NCS Local Community Programme, you will be ready to build your independence, boost your confidence, and form amazing friendships, all for absolutely FREE!

Where Will it Take Place?
You'll be part of the NCS Local Community programme with Concordia at multiple locations in Sussex, including Hove, Brighton, Worthing, Crawley and more. This NON-RESIDENTIAL programme allows you to travel to the centre of your choice, ensuring maximum accessibility.
What Will You Do?
The programme is completely FREE, requiring only your commitment to all scheduled dates. With three distinct learning experiences: team based challenges, professional development, and social action projects. You'll have the flexibility to choose from three start dates and a program design that suits you best. Engage in team tasks, volunteer with peers, and work on projects tailored to your preferences, ensuring a challenging yet rewarding experience.
