Leading to a qualifications in CMI Leadership and Management - as well as a Diploma in Supervisory Studies from Concordia and Plumpton College, the MAST course is structured over a year and is well suited to students working in a land-based industry.

Combining on-the-job experience with solid theory, this course includes health and safety, team leadership, man management, efficient work practice, organisation of work, quality management, environmental awareness and resource management. Work based assignments form an integral part of this course.
