Leading to a CMI Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership this course is designed for people in middle management roles or those who have achieved qualification in supervisory skills and team leadership and who wish to progress. The course offers a natural progression from Concordia’s Management and Supervisory Training Programme.

The course includes work based study and blocks of attendance at Plumpton College. The nine units may include personal development, information based decision making, resource management, stakeholder and quality needs, leadership, financial control, marketing, managing recruitment and selection and a work based management project.
